Construction Update
Our first stage is powering ahead, with onsite works now complete. Roads are being connected, walking paths are coming to life, and essential services have been installed. It’s all taking shape beautifully, with land expected to be titled in the coming weeks. A big milestone that brings us one step closer to welcoming our first residents.
First Land Release Now Selling
Our first release, the Whistling Kite Release, is now selling. This stage offers a diverse mix of premium homesites ranging from 450m² to 728m², designed to suit a variety of lifestyles and life stages.
The name pays tribute to the whistling kite, a native bird known to soar over the local bushland and familiar to many in Darwin. Recognised for its distinctive whistling call, the bird perfectly reflects the character of this community — elevated, free-spirited, and connected to nature.
New local partnership with Helping People Achieve
We’re proud to announce a new partnership with Helping People Achieve (HPA) — a local not-for-profit Australian Disability Enterprise, along with their manufacturing division, Kokoda Industries. Together, they’ll be producing and installing custom bench seating throughout our community. This will not only support inclusive employment in the local area by providing meaningful work opportunities for people with disabilities, but also bring a warm, thoughtful touch to our open green spaces.
